Introducing: Mary Consolata

“I can’t imagine getting up in the morning and not being able to leave my apartment because I have my period. Not being able to go to the pool or do fitness, or work because I’ve got my period. Something so natural and something that all women have been experiencing for so many years. So when I heard that girls from my village in Uganda where I grew up are not attending school when they have their period, I was like: I have to do something!”
