Endometriosis Awareness Week: “Hey Emma” Photo Series by Hannah Zint

To kick off endometriosis awareness week, we’re sharing the powerful photo series “Hey Emma” by Hannah Zint, the German photographer who’s spreading endometriosis awareness through her work

We’re kicking off Endometriosis Awareness Week by publishing a few images from our photographer friend Hannah Zint’s powerful photo series, “Hey Emma,” which captures her experience of endometriosis. We spoke with her earlier this year and asked her to share her story, which you can read here – and you should! Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 people with uteruses, but it’s still widely under-diagnosed.

Hannah Zint is a 24-year-old photographer and communication designer based in Potsdam, Germany. Currently, she is studying design and photography at the University of Applied Science Potsdam. You can see the complete Hey Emma series on Hannah’s website hannahzint.photo and support her work here. In the meantime, check out her powerful work below and help spread the word about endometriosis awareness!
