Keeping with tradition, Elaine Hersby‘s latest collection for Autumn/Winter 2020 is an artfully understated, blissfully blasé wonderland that continuously values the movement and comfortability of womenswear. Drawing upon her background in dance, one of the main pillars of her design process is not only celebrating the natural beauty of the female form, but at the same time allowing the Elaine Hersby girl to look fab and feel free to walk, saunter, kick-jump-twist to her own delight. The overall balance as far as weight of the fabric and proportions of the garments is never sacrificed, allowing the body to remain luxuriously present, with the decadent laid-back quality to end every other piece in your closet.

The latest campaign for the bold looks in AW 20 portrays the almost rebelliously modest pieces amidst bubble wrap and basic art instillation materials, mirroring the refreshing and honest modernity of the cool girl aesthetic. Elaine Hersby will be showing IRL at the Paris showroom from February 28th until March 2nd.
