“An Empowered You” with Randa Quraan Keeps it Raw & Real with New Podcast *and* New Event!

Our favorite self-love activist slash serial entrepreneur just dropped her brand new podcast, and her next event isn’t far behind!

Exciting stuff! We’ve been fans of Randa Quraan for a minute (you might remember seeing her name back in August when she launched her Raw & Real webinar series – more on that in a minute!) and today we’re passing along the good news that she’s put one more bit of goodness into the world: her new podcast “An Empowered You”, which shares the name of her organization that empowers womxn through education, celebration and events.

The first episode, out on November 1st, is an interview with historian, author, advocate and activist Blair Amadeus Imani, and covers topics like race, power dynamics on social media, being “enough” and the importance of self-love, feminism, radical entrepreneurship, becoming a social media educator in the wake of the Black Lives Matter protests over the summer, and identity. There is so much to unpack in this conversation, and we can’t wait to see what’s ahead for this pod! Check it out here, or wherever you get your episodes:

And while we’re here – Let us be the first to tell you that registration is now open for the third installment of Randa’s “Raw & Real” series. There are opportunities for education and mentorship for a brighter 2021, as well sponsoring families who’ve had a particularly difficult year. Trap Yoga Bae® is bridging the gap between self-care and cultural relevance. Britteny aka Yoga Bae is a passionate certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor, twerk aficionado, and serial entrepreneur. She created her yoga persona Trap Yoga Bae® as an answer to feeling unwelcome in standard yoga studios and classes. Certified in Rishikesh, India, she now tours the world spreading Trap love to those who lack acceptance in wellness spaces.

Angelina Petraglia knows a thing or two about what it takes to build yourself up from the ground up.
